The Benefits of Building With PolySteel
PolySteel is easy to install, has incredible
design flexibility, is energy efficient, is extremely environment friendly, and
provides a quality of comfort matched by no other.
Peacefulness is something you can
expect in a PolySteel home.
PolySteel walls are built with materials made with your family, loved
ones, and valuables in mind. Walls correctly built with PolySteel will
stand strong, even during the worst of weather. Also, the insulating
concrete forms (ICF) from American PolySteel are the first ICF's with a
four hour fire rating. Add bullet resistant to the list, and you
can imagine just how safe you would feel in a home built using American
PolySteel Forms. Not only will PolySteel walls help protect you from
fires, hurricane winds, and tornado debris, they will also protect you from
termites and dangerous, toxic black mold.

Available in 6-inch, 8-inch, and 10-inch sizes with a new
"tongue-and-groove design" that makes this form reversible and easy to install
on the job site. The new welded steel form tie makes for improved strength
and concrete flow, and has a larger, more secure attachment stud which makes the
best insulating concrete form in the industry that much better.

PolySteel's
new PS·4000 Flat Wall Series provides customers with a full line of
insulating concrete form products. Installation of the
PS·4000 Flat Wall Form is up to 50% faster than most other insulating
concrete forms, because its 24" height allows for an eight square
feet of wall area to be installed along with each form. The PS·4000
also comes in 12" heights, decreasing installation time while
still improving design flexibility. Most flat wall systems shrink or
compress after concrete is put in the form, but the PS·4000 has no
compression so bracing and finishing are easier and completed more
efficiently.

PolySteel Paneldeck

PanelDeck
is an insulating concrete forming system for roofs, floors, and
walls that combines the strength, fire resistance, and dimensional
stability of steel, with high-density
insulating properties, which when expanded by polystyrene, help to create a structural panel
with proven and excellent
performance. Panels are 24 inches wide and can be
ordered in any length or thickness. Integrated steel beams (22-gauge (8mm))
run parallel at 12 inches on center which
provides the panel with self-supporting strength and a continuous mechanical
attachment point for drywall or any other covering. Panels are interlocked with an
easy to work with
tongue-and-groove design at the base of a 5-inch wide cavity that forms the
joist (concrete beam), which serves as the structural support for the
entire system. PanelDeck
can be ordered in several different levels of thickness, varying
from 7 to 12-1/2 inches. The diameter of the utility passages are 4.75 inches,
which allow for the placement of plumbing, electrical, telephone, and
ventilation systems inside the panel while not having to remove any
forming materials or anything else that would impair the system.
